Thank you for this, I thought it was just my browser. Telephoning was surprisingly painless and being able to fly out in business from LHR and come back in Premium is a worthwhile saving when one has a 3 hour drive from LHR after landing ( no booze).
The admin team on the phone did manage to get my wives salutation wrong but they corrected it and reissued a new ticket ( I know it should make no difference as salutations are not on a passport ).
