Arrow Freepoint Hotel Cambridge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton {US-MA}

Had a quick one-night stay here recently - need somewhere in the area, and this was the cheapest property.

It's the first "Tapestry Collection" hotel I've stated at, and other than the signage and the diamond benefits it didn't feel at all like a Hilton. Apparently it used to be a Best Western several years ago (according to the front desk staff). As a diamond I was given two small (330ml) bottles of Fuji water at checkin.

Booked a "Deluxe room" and was given that - which makes sense as it seems to be the only room type they have (only choice is 1 King or 2 Queen). The photos below describe the room better than I could.

According to the website parking is $16 which seems steep given it's not in a downtown area, but I wasn't charged (or even asked if I had a car) - no idea is that was an oversight, a website error, or something else.

Breakfast is in the bar area in the lobby - continental only for Gold and Diamond (yogurt or oatmeal, choice of toast/muffin or croissant, slices fresh fruit, coffee/tea), or you can get the continental plus any option from the main menu at a $5 discount (Menu is in the photos below). I had "The classic" (basically bacon and eggs) and it was actually very well done, although very slow for a restaurant that had one other person in it...

Overall a reasonable option for the right price without being anything overly spectacular. I'd happily stay there again if I needed to be in the area, although when looking at the price keep the potential of parking + breakfast in mind...
