I haven’t seen it in years, but someone here used to post a simple Excel sheet that could track it all for AAdvantage. It probably wouldn’t be overly difficult to build your own, but as mentioned up thread aa.com does this well enough. Strangely, the screen you get immediately after booking a flight tells you how many EQD/EQM/RDM you’ll get for the flight...and then you can’t see it again until you fly it and the trip posts.
