Sorry to ping on this question again, but I'm in a similar situation soon ... I have an upcoming SEA-PHL-MAD-LPA flight that starts on AS, transatlantic on AA, then last leg on I2 (all on a single AA award ticket!) Would be great to confirm the interlining works as expected.
