I found calling the North America toll free number (800-882-8122) to be the most efficient way to verify my award booking and to get seats. I called starting when they opened up their call center (by checking the CA US English web site) and was able to connect with a support person in about 35 minutes.

You have to be actively on the phone and ready to press 1 to continue to hold every few minutes or they will hang up on you. Once connected, I found their support staff to have very good English language skills and also professional and very competent. I was able to verify my booking and get seats in less than 3 minutes (after waiting 35 minutes).

I am also trying the ticket validation web site at www.travelsky.com/tsky

You have to use a browser with a translate feature to see the site in English. I keep getting messages saying they are too busy. I will try this a few more times and post back if I get through on that site.
