Get ready for more HND international routes
Nikkei reported a few hours ago that the Japanese and US governments agreed to loosen airspace restrictions west of Tokyo, where the US has a couple of major air bases and runs ATC. This will allow a significant increase in HND daytime slots (60,000 to 99,000/year), and they want to allocate the new slots in advance of the 2020 Olympics.
