The airport operates 24 hours. I would think you can on-line check-in and get the BP. If not, try the kiosk.

Airport hotel is at the airport - it has a shuttle or you can take the airport MRT. If you use the stored value cards (e.g. EasyCard), no money will be deducted for the 3 airport stations (T1, T2, Airport Hotel).
