Is there a way without calling and AC agent to get the booking reference for the LH/EN segments of an upcoming trip?

It's an 014 ticket and I only have reference to the AC booking reference. Need to add it to my bookings on LH. I am sorry, this is something I should know and the answer is probably staring me in the face.
