I say that, because anytime I have to travel (eg for business) across the Atlantic, and if the most economical business class seat can be purchased (often, depending upon various restrictions of the ticket) is a C class ticket, I would intentionally often go on the Star Alliance partner, with the 25% COS bonus, rather than on AC, with no such COS bonus.
