Your ticket is valid for one year from ticketing date or one year from your outbound. If you are flying in a few weeks, your return leg must be flown within one year of that date, so not too long into 2020 (just a fyi).
Is it whichever one occurs first? My flight isn't until November. Does this mean that my ticket is valid one year from November 2019 or from my original ticketing date? Contemplating changing the return ticket as well.
