The Waldorf wasn't available for my dates, nor the MH so have opted for my 3rd choice. The BTS looks just a 5 minute stroll. The points are borderline vs cash for me so whilst not the best usage, this is our only splurge in the year so I'll take the gamble as to whether they get devalued again in the meantime.
I've stayed at the Conrad twice, very nice property and it is an easy walk to the station, not worth waiting for the shuttle. I'll be in Bangkok at the same time and originally had a reservation for the Conrad, they must be very busy on those days as only standard rooms are now left so no chance for an upgrade and I'm assuming the lounge will be crazy. Am now staying at the Hilton Sukhumvit this time.
