EAT hasn't been in that location since before Bell Commons was demolished (which IIRC was around 2015). They moved across Aoyama-dori to the first floor of the Tokyu Stay building, and then they moved again to Yoyogi a year or two ago. I went there often when I was working in the neighborhood, but I recall the Tokyu Stay location having the most lackadaisical restaurant service I ever encountered in Tokyo -- it was as if the wait staff just wanted to stand around staring into space without taking orders. I didn't care for their burgers much, but they had a good Cobb salad and an OK burrito.
