Just thought I would add my praise for the BA Heritage Centre and its volunteers. I visited with my partner last Friday and the experience far exceeded our expectations.

We were met by Keith in the reception area and were given an informative and fascinating personal tour of the exhibits. Keith worked for the various BA companies all of his working life and now volunteers 2 days a week to share his experience and knowledge. It was not, as you might expect, a simple guided tour through the various exhibits but more an insight into the people and companies involved that you will not find anywhere else. Keith is exceptionally knowledgeable and shares his personal interactions freely. Long may he continue to due so!

All the staff we met were great. Booking is required, but is very straightforward. Parking is just outside the door or you can take the BA bus by prior arrangement.

Highly recommended.
