Not sure why the rates are that high at the Conrad during that time frame. The other Hilton properties have normal cash pricing and Standard Award Rooms (60K at the Hilton Tokyo, for example). The Conrad stands out with a very high cash rate and the 389K points is towards a Premium Floor Award (never worth it IMHO).
