I sort of gently backed away, and brought up the issue at the reception desk. The receptionists explained, somewhat more calmly, that BA have removed access to the noodle bar in their contract with CX.
You backed off? After he had spoken to you like that? Irrespective of the rules i'd have him out to his face, not on the internet which he will probably never read. That said, he has a point - have you contacted BA? Maybe they might have a reason to offer you?
the only thing is i think most BA pax dont need winning over to CX..
If they behave like this, I rather think that they do.
For a bowl of noodles? I could not agree more. My battlelines are far more significant than a few carbs floating in liquid.
