By the way it looks like YUL is getting QSuites ± 30 March 2019
For those based in Europe or North Africa I would suggest 2x TUN-PEN rt in C booking class for 1730 EUR and 312 Qpoints each.
And for maximum optimization you can buy the second return in D instead of C to save 106 EUR and get 16 unnecessary Qpoints less.
