I'm sure there is some directive push given by management at some point..
My main concerns are (1) if ambassador is too busy to help with upcoming reservations or even return/acknowledge email and voicemail messages, she shouldn't be spending her time composing and sending such a mass email, (2) to send this on the afternoon of the 28th and demand a reply by the 30th (when the real "deadline" to merge is February 13th) is rather inconsiderate of her clients' time and schedules given that many of us would be traveling, and (3) if one doesn't respond by some undefined time on January 30th, will she just merge the accounts without permission and regardless of our preferences about which account/number is to be retained?
