Just completed a 3 day stay. Yes, the lounge on 58th floor is open, and very nice. The Peak is also open on floors 60-62, and opens at 5pm for sunset views with two for one happy hour, and half price bar bites. Club access is typically available for suite guests, but cannot confirm for this property.
