I stayed at the Pullman Tokyo this past November 2018 and I love it! It's located very convenient to the Tamachi Train Station, literally about 7 mins walk. The best part? The exit from the Tamchi Station and the entrance of the Pulman Tokyo, so I don't even have to move my heavy luggage to another level, just simply push the luggage on the same level and I am there at the Pullman Tokyo.

Although I stayed at the Pullman 3 weeks prior it was opened, but everything seems to be working, functional and I haven't discover anything that didn't work or things coming off the cupboard, etc, everyone was fine.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room that I stayed in is a King size bed and compared to other typical Japanese hotels, this Pullman room are more spacious and bigger, it's more North American standard in size, which is a major plus.

There is a restaurant right inside Pullman and I enjoyed the food there. I had breakfast there daily, the breakfast buffet has Japanese authentic food items to western style food items. Super delicious and high culinary quality. Across the hotel, there is a brand new shopping mall, it's still taking shape but many restos are already opening for business. There is a 7-11, Lawson Station Convenience Store, Starbucks, grocery stores and some other high-quality restaurants.
