From my experience I would see Business Class on BA and LH more or less on the same level. Who wins depends entirely on the individual flight (catering, crew,...).

It is quite ridiculous that I have to go through transfer security in London when I have just been screened in Berlin. In Munich I am 100% safe not to be re-screened when arriving from a secure country. In FRA it is very likely that I will not be re-screened (unless arriving from LHR
