I sent my sister and her husband on a Radisson Seven Seas cruise to Alaska. I was told I would get Gold Points for the $6000+ cost of the cruise. I even joined Gold Points for this purpose. On their return I checked to see if the points were there. No points. I called and after being bounced back and forth between Radisson and Gold Points I was told I would only get the points if I took the cruise, not if I paid for it.

Does this sound right?
