There's some disingenuous conflation going on here, Marriott is muddling the differences between sex workers and victims of trafficking. They want to keep hookers out of their hotels, but it sounds more socially aware to say they're doing human trafficking training.

In any case, I have talked to two female colleagues who have run into problems at hotel bars. It definitely happens. Some are more overzealous than others.
