Since you're PremExecutive, go via SFO (newer shinier terminal), take the shuttle bus - it's near gate 73 right after you step off the super-long moving walkway from the gates 80+

And most importantly book an earlier flight to SFO and enjoy the International Red Carpet Club in the International terminal for a while.

after you get off the bus at the Int'l terminal go up the stairs, and actually backtrack 50 feet towards the security gates of the Int'l terminal. as you're facing those checkpoints (from the safe side of course) the RCC is to the left.

And book the early flight to NRT on your way to BKK so you can refresh in the NRT RCC as well, great shower rooms there after the 10hr flight.
