1. On purchases that do not qualify for any bonus you can match that with the Plum Card which earns 1.5% cash back, or indeed 2% cash back cards from other issuers. How much spending does that leave for another card?

2. It will cost substantially less to keep both American Express Platinum (for benefits) plus JPM Reserve (for redemptions) than to pay the Centurion annual fee (ignoring the initiation fee.)
