If the pull down has Passport as an option then it would make sense to put that and the passport details then your PASS ID under KTN.

I think though NEXUS is an approved passport like document there's risk with agents (airline and maybe even CBP) not knowing that so enter both and carry a passport. Who wants the hassle and AC probably has your passport deets anyway as will CBP.
