Row 24 (exit row) is also MCE on the 789. The window seats in this row are blocked (on every 789 flight I looked up). Anyone know if these are nonexistent seats, or maybe reserved for use by FAs during takeoff/landing because legroom is tight? (I'm trying to determine if the B/C seats are worth taking i.e. there will not be anyone else next to us.)
