Thank you for having me here on this forum. I booked it online through the website of BA, but I have not received anything. I accidentally closed the final screen of the booking process without noting down the PNR, so I do not have that at my disposal. I bought the ticket yesterday, so I cannot cancel them anymore either, also the office of BA opens on Monday, so I cannot contact them directly. I have nothing to prove the purchase, neither a confirmation e-mail nor a receipt or a tracking number. The only proof about my purchase is my bank statement and nothing else as of now.
