I have an Open World ticket British Airways that lands me in GRU @ 07.30. My onward flight to EZE (Latam LA 8014 ) is not until 22.30. ( Terminal 3 )

So i have 2 queries that the airline cant answer me at present. (1) With that time span will my luggage be tagged all the way to EZE ? (2`) If not when does the bag drop open for the second flight so i can go airside and take advantage of a VIP lounge ? Also which VIP lounge is best
