The flight wasn't catered until the last minute. So, no pre-departure beverages. Also, they didn't cater tablecloths. Flight attendants said the choices were ravioli and "grilled chicken with blue cheese."

Drink orders were taken at the time of ordering dinner.

Following the meal selection there was a hot towel offered and then, bizarrely, they offered us Ben & Jerry's cherry Garcia ice cream.

Wine was a choice between Seadrift chardonnay (California) and Montpellier merlot (California).
