I stayed there last November for 5 days in a corner room, not a suite. The room's interior looked a little dated but they were clean and quiet. The lounge was very good serving a hot breakfast every morning (bacon, sausages and eggs) and canapes at night with a good selection of spirits. On the weekends the lounge is closed so you get to have breakfast in the restaurant with a full buffet.
Location depends on the purpose of your trip. The hotel is downtown but away from the casino and riverfront area. Not extremely far but about a 10 minute taxi ride depending on traffic. It is close to some restaurants and bars and a great Asian area (Chinese and Japanese restaurants) only 2-3 blocks away. I forget the name of the street now but all the restaurants were recommended to me by the concierge so definitely ask them for their suggestions.
Hope this helps.
