45-60 minutes has been the norm at CLT for me. I now make my way to the lounge before heading to baggage claim. I freshen up a bit and then sit down and have a bowl of soup....I still beat my bag to the carousel.

I will admit to being quite irritated when my bag took about 50 minutes at FNT this past December. We were the only flight that landed during that time period. I am sure they had a limited staff but this was a small plane with a limited amount of luggage and the plane was parked right next to baggage claim. Maybe they couldn't get into the luggage hold or something? I was confused by this wait!

Las Vegas has also been a bad one for me but this past November I actually got my luggage in a reasonable amount of time.
