In some SCs, there could be tables without power and high counters with barstools where there's power in the wall, just about the counter. Other SCs have a bunch of "power towers" with maybe four outlets stuck at seemingly random places among the soft chairs, sometimes one power tower for two seats and sometimes one for four seats, with some seats not being adjacent to any of them. In some SCs, there are power outlets in the little cocktail tables and in some places I've used a regular wall outlet. If you can find a real cubicle (Unfortunately DL has been eliminating them as SCs are renovated), it will have a couple outlets in the partition just above the work surface. It varies.

For aircraft types, AFAIK every D1 seat in the fleet has power, but some aircraft don't even have it in FC, others only FC and C+, while on some power extends through the front coach rows. Other planes have power at every seat. Again, it varies.
