It is, but what does that actually mean? The lines are at 60% capacity? Or is it just an indication to drive passengers to the one showing as less busy? On this occasion, there would have been a handful of people, if any, so I still can't understand why it shows that both were '3 out of 5' busy. Perhaps it changes at random without any external input, in the hope of spreading the passenger load?
