If you use BBR make sure the delivery docket is thouroghly checked. I had my Christmas supply delivered and the porters downstairs signed for it. After wheeling them all up in the lift and not taking any notice of them for two to three days (xmas parties/shopping/madness etc) I discovered I was a case short. Emails and phone calls fell on deaf ears.
