The refund from MH arrived this morning. I got the refund for the Expedia booking fee about a week ago.

You need to call the number in the offer letter and inform them about the offer. After you have received your booking reference you need to send an email to the address in the offer letter and they will process the ticket. Need to be at least 30 days before travelling.
