AC Plat $10/daily amenity for you & 1 guest - why don't solo travelers get $20?
This may sound stupid, but I'm really curious. Why does Marriott only give a solo traveler a single $10 Platinum credit at hotels like AC and Courtyard when a traveler with a guest is spending the same amount of money on the room? Shouldn't I be able to get the full $20 if I'm on my own paying the same as someone with a guest?

Are they expecting whatever is purchased to be > $10 per person so they make more on two people?
