I still prefer to always have a paper copy of my boarding pass just in case something goes wrong. For business trips, I'm usually required to submit boarding passes as well as receipts for reimbursement (which gets interesting as I sometimes have several receipts with different ticket numbers due to reissues).
i don’t travel for business but I always get a paper copy. It’s easier to hang onto than a phone if i’m juggling coat and bag, doesn’t have to be turned on, and doesn’t turn off at an inconvenient moment.
