The reason I never saw hot made to order in the lounge is because HU has the most ridiculous hours for made to order hot food. I got the hours at which they serve hot food in the HU Beijing lounge. The hours for the food are: lunch time 11:30 - 13:30, and dinner time 17:30-19:30.

This makes absolutely no sense since their flights to the west coast all leave between 3pm and 5pm. Why they don’t just have food served continuously throughout the entire day? It doesn’t make much sense to me.
