Last year, when I had UA metal PQD of $37k, I asked for a review and was declined. The decline letter said GS was reserved for customers who consistently purchase premium cabin tickets. We have seen a couple qualifiers who report always flying economy class, bit most report significant premium cabin travel, so premium cabin flying could be an additional variable. Not sure how the addition of PE might impact future qualification if that is the case.
