This is how I see the MO at WM is near approaching its end game. There are so many people who are pushing the envelopes. More and more stores now check the cards. They know how to spot the card switching.....
I feel the endgame will be: banning the heavy hitters..8k per day.. The others will probably be limited to 2k or 4k across all WM per day...maybe. This is why they are taking our info above 1k.
