Dunno guys, Google is your friend here:

GI = Gastrointestinal Index - Clearly has something to do with the measuring the quality of food served in the cabin

TPM = Transactions per Minute - In our context a way to measure how the best FTers churn credit cards

EMA = Exponential Moving Average - Which is part of the voodoo used by AC to price LMUs

EMS = Emergency Medical Services - Who gets called during bad GI situations (see above)

HIP = Hip Impact Potential - A measure of how impactful Air Canada's Stay Flat seating is on your body
