Koh Samui usually gets service right while hard product disappoints some -- one of Bensley's earlier projects and you can tell.
Jeff Rednour was GM before moving on to Doha (great service reports under him), now Sean Mosher (I do not know him, though has worked in Langkawi and Bali)

KL might be early days
Dubai has various reports of inconsistent service (and discriminates), although under Leonardo Baiocchi gotten much better
Langkawi has no excuse...
