LifeMiles expire a year from when there was last activity. But what constitutes when a transaction occurs so that they get another year started? I know redemption does not count as account activity. Does transferring in miles from a credit card company (such as Citi thank you points) count as activity? Does using your Banco Popular branded Avianca credit card, and getting miles posted to your LM account count as activity?

Its a shame LifeMiles has this strict cancellation of miles policy. Especially when they run the 145% promo. Otherwise I’d buy a lot more miles, but their rules scare me to iln
