How do you deal with sleeping better in Business class? I find it so annoying that when I want to sleep with the clothes getting on the plane. Of course we need to dress reasonably smart it is not that comfortable for sleeping as well taiwanese airline cabins are usually a little too warm with the blanket and hence I start sweating.
I considered getting a loose pair of clothes (very casual) to change into as soon as the plane takes off but think it might seem a bit odd thing to do.
Any suggestions?
