I have read through the majority of this thread, and the answer to my question is not exactly clear. I recently cancelled/refunded an itinerary which was originally paid with 2x $100 paper vouchers and ~$200 by credit card.
Will the refund be issued as the 2x $100 vouchers and the credit card payment back to the original card? Since the original vouchers would now be long past their original expiry date, will the expiry dates be extended?
