It depends on what you are looking for, I suppose. I really like the hard product and design of the rooms, I find them extremely comfortable. I don't value drinks at a lounge nor drinks at the bar since I rarely drink - two drink tickets would last me a week long stay, easily. I like the quieter location, the concierge has always been excellent, the service has always been excellent, and the room quality is very high. I also enjoy the gym there, but don't spend time at the pool. I was comped a meal at the House on Sathorn the year before last and really enjoyed the food, but mostly enjoyed the experience in the courtyard with Pla Suchaya singing along with an acoustic guitar. They don't have that night anymore, however, and I did not have time to enjoy a meal there during my stay last year.
