I'd like a budget place to stay, with two beds, that is fairly easy to get to (we'll have a fair bit of luggage).

I have been to both airports, but never done a transfer between them.

Any suggestions?
If you are not a Korean speaker, the only hotel that's worthwhile to stay near Gimpo would be Lotte City Hotel (~$100+ ish)

If you want to stay near Incheon, remember that the last train from Gimpo to Incheon is at 11:30PM.

Incheon has a bit more options like
Grand Hyatt ($150 - $200ish)
Best Western Premier ($50 - $100ish)
Paradise Resort ($200-$250ish)

which all run their shuttles to and from the airport.

If I were you, I'd probably take a taxi from GMP to your hotel of choice near ICN for $40-$50 and not worry about all the transfer.
