Just for the record, all terminals and concourses at LAS are connected airside.

After taking the "Red Line" tram from D Gates (where UA operates) to T3-E Gates (where Westjet operates) and heading towards the automated exit doors to baggage claim, there are signs that indicate the elevators that go up to E Gates. Just don't go all the way out to baggage claim, obviously.
