Sounds like you generally have the right idea, but you'll only get 210TPs for a First booking code [F or A] which wouldn't normally occur with a Business transatlantic [J, C, D, R or I]. You'd be looking at either 140+140 or 210+210 except in edge cases.
The other option to max out TPs is to hop about East or West coast for a few more 40 point sectors.
