I'm quite curious as I'm due to fly through CDG tomorrow on AF, while my mum needs to fly back to AMS on KL. Seems that the Dutch Railways (NS) have already activated all disaster protocols by halving schedules for tmrw due to the 2cm of predicted snowfall.
Of course, at -10 with much more snow and winds here at HEL both flights and trains run normally.
It’s true that Schiphol is bad when there is a tiny amount of snow but you can’t compare HEL and AMS in terms of runway capacity.
